sad news : Michigan Wolverines head coach has leave…..

The Michigan Wolverines, the national champion team, revealed on Wednesday that Jim Harbaugh will be joining the Los Angeles Chargers as their head coach.

Five years are on Harbaugh’s contract, sources informed Adam Schefter of ESPN.

“We know we have to earn our way because the only job you start at the top is digging a hole,” Harbaugh said in a statement. This group is working hard, establishing infrastructure, investing money, and using all of its might to succeed. We’re just getting started, but tremendous work equals great outcomes.”

Because of his achievements at both the collegiate and professional levels, Harbaugh was regarded as one of the most ideal prospects for this coaching cycle. After taking the helm at the University of San Diego in 2006, Harbaugh has enjoyed success as head coach at Stanford, Michigan, and the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL.

Harbaugh also has a connection to the Chargers, having spent two seasons (1999–2000) as a quarterback.

“I can think of no one better to lead the Chargers forward than Jim Harbaugh—he is football personified,” owner Dean Spanos stated in a statement. “Over the past 20 years, Jim has trained hundreds of guys to success wherever he has been. He is a coach’s son, brother, and father who was personally coached by Schembechler and Ditka. Jim Harbaugh rejoins the Chargers today, this time in the role of head coach. Who is better off than us?”
Additionally, Harbaugh is related to the Chargers: For two seasons (1999–2000), he was the team’s quarterback.

Spanos mentioned Harbaugh’s catchphrase from this season at Michigan, where he would exclaim to players, “Who’s got it better than us?” He learned this expression from his father Jack as a way to always remember to be thankful.
