Reports: Cristiano Ronaldo & Co. in Distress as AL Nassr CEO May Face Charges Due to Crime Allegations

This season, Al Nassr has seen a lot of behind-the-scenes changes. It all began on Christmas 2023, when the club’s sporting director, Goran Vucevic, unexpectedly quit. President Musalli Al Muammar also quit his position after this. Rumors were starting to circulate that Cristiano Ronaldo and company’s performances were suffering from the club’s instability. As the season draws to a close, yet another startling discovery has surfaced. Guido Fienga, the CEO, may face legal issues due to his tense relationship with CR7.

According to a report by Valerio Peracini, Guido Fienga may face legal action for his purported offenses. False company communications and market manipulation for the sake of improved transfers are among the offenses.

With a long lineage, the Italian joined the Saudi team in late 2023. He began working with AS Roma in 2013 and was appointed Chief Executive in 2019. But the Italian’s journey with Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr hasn’t been easy since arriving.

When the CEO let go of three employees from the women’s squad last year, criticism broke out. The choice was perplexing in light of the team’s future. The inaugural Saudi Women’s championship was won by the Al Nassr women’s team. Furthermore, Fienga omitted to provide the reasoning for his choice. He thus encountered a strong pushback from the supporters. However, this event is insignificant in contrast to his encounter with Cristiano Ronaldo.
